These terms apply to the palhoru.com website and the Pal Horu apps for Android and iOS.

Palhoru.com is a platform that allows users to search and report phone numbers in Sri Lanka. Our service includes:
- Phone number search functionality
- User-submitted reports about phone numbers
- Information about scam calls and spam
- Advertising content
3. User Responsibilities
Users of Palhoru.com agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not submit false or malicious reports
- Respect the privacy of others
- Not use the service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the system
3a. User-Submitted Content (zero tolerance)
Reports are published publicly. There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. You must not submit content that:
- Is false, defamatory, or not based on your own experience
- Contains national ID numbers, financial details or other sensitive personal data
- Is threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable
- Targets a person rather than describing a phone call or scam
Anyone can flag a report as inappropriate or request removal of a phone number (in the app under About, or via the removal form and contact page). We review flagged content and remove content that breaks these rules, normally within 24 hours, and may block users who repeatedly abuse the service.
4. Advertising
Our service includes advertising content. By using Palhoru.com, you acknowledge that:
- We may display advertisements from third-party networks
- Advertisements may be targeted based on your usage
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
- You may opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings
5. Privacy Policy
