This customer repeatedly places orders using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method. However, after the orders are dispatched, they do not answer calls from either the delivery person or the seller. As a result, the orders are repeatedly returned to the seller.

Please do not accept or dispatch COD orders from this customer due to repeated failed deliveries.
