I received a call from this number today between 10:00 and 10:30 (Sri Lanka time). When I answered, no one spoke, but there was clearly someone on the other end of the call - I could hear background noise - and they did not speak back before the call ended. This matches the known "silent call" scam pattern, where callers stay silent to confirm a number is active before targeting it with follow-up scam calls (fake police/CID, bank, prize or voice-cloning scams). Nothing was said or shared. Warning others to block this number and not call it back.
